H O W D O W E D O I T?
We combine analytical techniques from different academic fields with a particular emphasis on the cultural trends and
the changing symbolic value of products and services of the target community
We apply stringent treatment on cultural diversity issues and approach our actions from the perspective of human relationships
drawing from the growing social implementation of new solidarity values
We draw the entire ecosystem of the area and its relationship with society as a whole through ethnographic studies
We work for conflict prevention with the inclusion of committed social agents

DATA COLLECTION, PRODUCTION AND ANALYSIS
QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
We employ a combined qualitative and quantitative method from several theoretical approaches that aims of establishing the trends and connections of our target community; convinced that society is a full and indivisible experience of which we offer only a synthesis.
MULTIDISCIPLINARY AND CROSS-SECTIONAL METHODS WITH ETHNOGRAPHIC APPROACHES
We study the why and wherefore and how our social and symbolic relationships are expressed and embodied, overcoming prejudices and recognising different perspectives of approach and analysis on local cultures.
BRIEF AND IN-DEPTH ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEWS
These interviews are designed and conducted on a one-on-one basis or in a couple scheme. They tend to be structured as informal discussions rather than a series of questions and answers in order to find the ground links rooting the problem and the pathways that are enabled for the solution. We specialize in placing behaviours in larger cultural contexts.
TALK GROUPS IN FOCUS-GROUP FORMAT
Essential tool for the contrast required by qualitative research. Managed to acquire an strategic overview on the topics of interest, this technique allow us to find more accurate diagnoses and to inspire not covered lines of action.
SURVEYS AND ENQUIRIES
GRASS ROOTS, TEST DESIGN RESEARCH AND CONTEXT INDICATORS
The treatment of information obtained through surveys should be treated with caution so as not to confuse correlation with causation. In this way, a proper prior design is required and the ethnographic tools help us in discovering the cultural connections that hold together the target group.
DOCUMENTATION AND IN SITU ACTIONS
Design analysis tools to be successful, a work of documentation is necessary. This technique reaches its full potential when it is contrasted with fieldwork which verifies the appropriateness of the documented.
